The first lesson of new semester of «Meat & Wine faculty took place in Wine Room of restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine». The main theme of the lesson were hot salads and classic steaks.
A special highlight of a hot salad with a young Japanese aubergine and lamb liver became Italian sheep cheese pecorino.
Big friend of the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine», sommelier Alexandr told about most appropriate wine to the hot salads and steaks.
