27.06.11 Local fish at cooking school class
Not typical weather, cold and rainy weather could not prevent students and teachers of «Meat & Wine» school to meet at 7 am at Privoz market and buy everything for lesson. Then students went to the Steakhouse. Purchased fish (flounder, perch and pelengas) was prepared in two ways: baked in parchment paper with vanilla, asparagus and champagne. In second - was baked, but in of French pink crust salt with herbs and egg whites.
At end of lesson student got a gift from «Meat & Wine» school great mood and fish sauce. |
