Sunny weather, cozy garden, vegetables and meat cooked on a grill, made last lesson-picnic of «Meat & Wine» school absolutely unforgettable.


The lesson took place in the garden of the restaurant «Dacha» at the French Boulevard, and as a teacher was «Dacha» chef Ruslan Slinko.

Ruslan has prepared several kinds of meat at the Viking professional grill and picked the most appropriate sauces - Pesto sauce and tomato-based. Ruslan focused on the recipes of cooking at home. Garnish for meat: baked potatoes, tomatoes and vegetables were also cooked on a grill.


Drink of the lesson was sangriya - summer Spanish drink with red wine, cold water and fruits.
The next lesson of school will be held at open air of restaurant «Dacha» at May 12, 11 o'clock in the morning. The teacher will cafe «Kompot» chef Konstantin Rossoshenko.
