Last Saturday, students at the school «Meat & Wine» had the opportunity to personally cook the meat in the heart of the restaurant "Steakhouse. Meat and Wine".

The most brave students "communicated" with a grill under the strict guidance of chefs — to work around an open grill with a temperature of 500C requires the special skills.


Students cooked a grilled vegetables salad, stuffed beef antrecote with three types of cheese and it with pork mesh. The result looked very tasty.

The second dish of lesson was a delicate dessert with meringue and raspberry sauce.

To present the wines was invited a professional sommelier Alexander, who recommended a red wine, Lindemans Bin 50 Shiraz (Australia), as the best addition to grilled meat.
