On Tuesday evening in the Wine Room restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat and wine» the students marinated steak in red wine sauce and cooked it at the open fire.
For start participants learned to cook Italian Bruschetta with tomatoes and greens on ciabatta bread. The stuffing for Bruschetta guests tucked spicy olive oil with sun-dried tomatoes.
For dessert, students of the faculty have prepared several kinds of truffles from the black and white chocolate liqueur, chilli, black sweet pepper in coconut and almond crust.
