In September the Cooking school «Meat & Wine» celebrated one year anniversary. At the time of the opening of school in 2008, studies were conducted at the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat and wine». Whilst school work there were students not only from Odessa, but also guests from Kiev, Lviv, Donetsk and Yalta.

At the end of lesson guests had dinner with discussing the results and impressions. But today the school «Meat & Wine» enlarged the faculty teachers amount, and also the specific of courses. Now cooking school has a three faculties: «Meat & Wine», «Odessika» and «Milk & Cheese».

If the faculty «Meat & Wine» teaches to cook classic steaks with different degrees of roasting and the correct selection of wine, the program of «Odessica» is much more exotic. There are revealing the secrets of luxurious Odessa kitchen. Last year, one more project — a children school «Milk & Cheese» — become popular, oriented to children of age 7-12 years. There, young students to instill the love of healthy food, given the basics of elementary cooking, which in future will certainly help children learn how to cook simple and healthy dishes.
