Students of school will self-cook meat right in the heart of the restaurant — an open grill. They will attend a brandland «Shabo centre of wine culture» — unique place, where person with all human sences are able to touch the years-old wine culture and wine-making and contact the winery brand «Shabo». Chief of the restaurant «Steakhouse» will open the students of the school «Meat and Wine» grace of the choosing meat. Cooking school «Meat and Wine» founded in 2008 and nowadays has three faculties: classic «Meat and Wine», faculties «Odessica» and «Milk and Cheese».
«Odessica» faculty developed to the rich and tasty and last times unfairly forgotten odessa cuisine, and «Milk&Cheese» created specially for children. All lessons are managed by the best chiefs of Odessa.
