Today cookery school consists of three departments: «Meat & Wine», «Odessika" and «Milk & Cheese». All activities are performed by leading chef Odessa.

Meat and wine "Ivan Salnikov in class school students will be able to touch the art of classical cooking steaks cooked different degrees, and learn to correctly choose the wine for cooking. One of the main objectives of creating a "Shabo wine culture centre" - improving the culture of the noble beverage consumption in Ukraine through cultural and educational activities. The visitors can see how to produce high quality wines and taste the best samples of the products of TM "Shabo", communicate with experts, winemakers, but also in the process of excursions in touch with art, philosophy and history of wine and winemaking. "Shabo wine culture centre" is very important as the cultural and social project: it's creators hope that in future it will be a platform for strengthening families, because its an attractive place for interesting and meaningful leisure activities of children and adults. Also with WCC Chabot has significant economic potential. On the one hand, it is a platform for high-quality branding Ukrainian wine, on the other hand, its a major employer and as a touristic object, which is important for the developing of the territory enterprise, capable to provide a new economic take-off not just Shabo village, but also whole Odessa region.
The main idea of the project, which became the motto of the "Shabo wine culture centre": "Wine - is not just alcohol, wine - it's a part of the people culture. "During the tour to the first Ukrainian brendland of wine media representatives were able to verify personally the validity of this phrase. The symbol of terroir Shabo, in the heart of which is situated "Shabo wine culture centre", is vineyard - a miniature copy of the extensive Shabo vineyards. Here you can see how the vine grows, like pouring with juice grape bunches. The journalists also visited the wine cellars and warehouses, which total area is over 10 thousands square meters, and the age of some of them (such as sherry warehouse and the Royal wine cellar) exceeds 200 years, and were able to observe the process of wine production.
A real discovery for the guests was a visit of the Shabo Wine Museum with its rich and fascinating exhibition, which covers a huge span of history Chabot - from antiquity to the novadays. A huge part of the exhibition is devoted to the Swiss colonists. Exactly the resettled winemakers from the Canton Vo, under the leadership of the Swiss wine maker, Louis-Vincent Tardana at the beginning of the XIX century revived viticulture in Shabo and contributed to the Shabo European wines to receiv recognition. The subject of universal admiration became the "Fountain of Dionysus" - an original and complex sculptural composition, symbolizing the history of winemaking in Shabo. In the final tour, guests were able to assess the quality of products of TM "Shabo" during the tasting, held in the Crystal tastings Hall.
