Beginning from the 9 of September restaurant «Steakhouse.Meat&Wine» announces about the admission of the devoted lovers of steaks for the classes in the school «Meat&Wine». The classes are carry out by the brand-chef of the restaurant Ivan Pilipenko.
Since the new school year the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat&Wine» offers to its guests to take part in the master-classes about cooking of steaks and correct selection of wines. Under the direction of the restaurant’s chef the pupils of the «steak-classes» will touch the art of cooking the classic steaks of different degree of roast and will learn to select the wines for the cooked dishes correctly. Also Ivan Pilipenko will tell you about the rules of selection and storage of meat, about the methods of it’s dressing for various dishes, about the influence of salt and oil to the taste of meat and he will demonstrate the very process of cooking. At the end of the classes the general meal with the discussion of the results and the impression will be waiting for the guests.

The school «Meat&Wine» works every second and forth Thursday of every month. The lessons begin at 07:00 p.m. The groups are completing in such a way so that the chef of the restaurant can pays attention to every person — no more then 15 persons in the group. The duration of the lesson — 1,5-2 hours.
