Since 23 of March Andrey Mostovoy will be at the head of the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat&Wine» as a manager. Andrey Mostovoy works in the sphere of the restaurant business more then seven years and six years from the seven he works on the executive position.

By the decision of «Resta» Corporation government Andrey Mostovoy was invited to the position of the manager in the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat&Wine». He changed Aleksandr Chistyakov at this position who has leaded the restaurant since 2007 year. Andrey Mostovoy will be responsible for the systematization, optimization and organization of working processes in the restaurant. In his work he will also cooperates closely with Aleksandr Chistyakov who will take up a position of maitre d’ and deputy manager of the restaurant.

 

The new appointment will realize the long-term strategy of «Resta» concerning the structural reorganization of the leadership and management of the company, development and optimization of work of the corporation’s restaurants, intensification and consolidation of the positions at the market of Ukraine.

Kristina Novak, the head of the HR-department of «Resta» Corporation: „The main point of the organizational changes which take place in the company submitted to the triunity force: exact marketing, professional staff and balanced executive system of the enterprise. Andrey Mostovoy has the experience of management and development of the network restaurant projects and we sure that with his coming the company will strengthen its positions at the market considerably“.

Meat&Wine».I think that my task is to add more structuringand to optimize the processes keeping the hospitality foundations, individuality and special features of the restaurant“.

Andrey Mostovoy was born  in Nikolaev, he has graduated Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (faculty of political science and public management). He works in the restaurant business more then seven years, the major part of his career he has worked in the network projects McDonald’s, Lite Life, Rosinter. Since 2008 year he has taken up a position of general manager of the restaurant chain of home Japanese cuisine «Tanuki» (Kiev). 20032008 years he has worked as a deputy director and then as a director of the restaurant «Friday’s» (Kiev).
