On the 1 of March for the first time the lessons of the steak-school «Meat&Wine» were take place exactly in the kitchen, in the very heart of the restaurant «Steakhouse. The main subject of the lesson were simple and delicious breakfasts accompanied by champagne which can be presented to your beloved every morning.
One can’t imagine the ideal breakfast without fresh and aromatic baked goods because at this unique lesson the pupils of the school «Meat&Wine» have mastered the cooking of sandwiches with bisque, prawns, fried on all sides spinach, nuts mix, lemon fresh and Parmesan. Also Ivan has shared the guests with the recipe of the croissants with the poached egg, salad leaves, fried chicken fillet and pesto sauce.
