November 16 at the «Steakhouse» was held the final of traditional holiday of the Tuscan cuisine. The main prize of the festival was trip to the Italy for two people with visiting the wineries Livio Felluga и Zamo.
First time the holiday of Tuscan cuisine was held in the restaurant at 2004 and over of 6 years has become an integral part of the restaurant life in the city. This autumn restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine» again has brought the Tuscan to Odessa: Tuscan board of snacks, agnelotti with porcini mushrooms, pappardelle with octopus, bull cut, marinated in Sangiovese, Vitello involtini, bisteka with ricotta, pork with Florentine beans and the best Tuscan wines — has been highly accepted by the guests of the Festa di Cusina Toscana. Tuscan menu 2010 has been cooked by the chef of the restaurant, Regan Bagshaw. On the last day of the festival restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat&Wine» and the company «Vitis Group» prepared for their guests many interesting presents, the one from ones was the trip to the Italy for two people. This time the winning section was got by the Andrew Kolbin, who will go to the journey to the famous wineries of the region Friuli: Livio Felluga и Zamo thanks to the company Vitis Group, which was the main sponsor of the festival. Family Felluga, whose winery will visit the winner of the Holiday, — are wine makers in the fifth generation. Today the Livio Felluga lands has in property more then 135 hectares of the grape gardens in the DOC regions Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli. Livio Felluga himself is continue working on grape gardens and in the wine cellars. His children, who had inherit his love to this land, traditions and quality, are helping him. Zamo — is one more family winery, which will be visited by Andrew. The history of winemaking in this family comes from 1924 year. Zamo are growing grapes on the territory 35 hectares of the common area and more then all are proud of the breeds Tocai Friulano and Pignolo, which are, like they’re saying, best of all are describing the family.
