Lesson devoted to classic steak and warm salads will be held in Wine Room restaurant of «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine» on June 30.
     
This lesson will be interesting to everyone who loves «Steakhouse. Meat & Wine». Because it’s main theme coincides with the main theme of the restaurant. It’s classic steaks. Students will learn what meat is used to make classic steaks, how it is chosen and kept as it is and how it is fried. In the second part of the lesson you can learn more about the warm salad. Its cooking is a very creative process. Salads can be a rich, light, vegetarian or with meat, the main thing is to define what would be cool, but what would be warm.
