Veal steak with mozzarella, chicken involtini and tiramisu at the Italian lesson of Faculty Meat & Wine

Italian lesson of school «Meat & Wine» was held in the mid of July and the peak of the Odessa heat. Traditional descenting to the seacoast — and here we see the Meat & Wine school area.

With Italian music accompaniment under the guidance of Andrey Velichko — sous-chef of the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat and Wine» students began to cook young veal with mozzarella.

Guests cut mozzarella by slices and marinated veal with thyme, pepper and olive oil.



Chicken involtini were the second dish of the lesson. For this course the chicken breast was incised and stuffed with capers, bacon, parmesan cheese and spices.

Despite the heat, guests came closer to fire and have roasted veal and involtini on hot coals by themselves.

Under the leadership of Andrey guests diligently whipped cream for tiramisu

Then mixed it with mascarpone and amaretto syrup, powdered sugar and coffee.

Savoiardi biscuits they soaked into coffee syrup and formed the three-layered dessert.
