Presentation of the new format of evening school Meat and Wine.

Party with wine and duck dishes.

Duck dishes, properly cooked and beautifully cast, can become a real decoration of any table. That is why the duck is a favorite of chefs. In this lesson, thanks to Regan Bagshaw  — «Steakhouse» chef, you will learn how to carve a duck, get an opportunity, together with other students to cook duck salad with pear and blue cheese.

March 6
Lesson at the grill (different kinds of meat and vegetables)

In this lesson, which will be incredibly busy, you can roast meat by yourself in the heart of the restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat and Wine». Each student will participate in real master class: together with our chef will cook several kinds of pickles, find out how works famous Steakhouse grill and why meat cooked on it has so unusual taste, and, finally, under the direction of Regan, you can roast several types of meat.
At the end of the lesson — a small sommelier lecture  about the wines that best complement the taste of grilled meat and a gift from the «Steakhouse.Meat and Wine» chef — the marinade for meat.

March 23
Chicken. Types, methods of preparation and serving

Often, it seems that there is nothing easier than to cook chicken. This is absolutely true, but only a good cook will cook the chicken so that its flavor is really excellent. In this lesson, of the cooking school, our chef will tell you how to cook chicken dishes, so that they become major, even at festive dinner. At the end of the lesson you can try the chicken with a sauce of white wine and oranges.

April 6
Salads with meat

The theme of this lesson of the cookery school will be salads and beef, cooked in a Moroccan style. In the first part of the lesson, our chef will tell a few recipes for salads, and how to cook properly the grilled vegetables. For each salad will be cooked a special filling recipe that Regan must share with the students.
In the second part of the lesson you will be able to assist the chef in cooking beef by Moroccan way and learn about the special composition of spices, which are used in Marrakesh for preparing this dish.

April 20
Beef with red wine sauce

In this lesson of cookery school you will learn that red wine is good complementarity not only for meat, but also for chocolate. In the first part of the lesson you will learn how to cook chocolate truffles recipe of which our chef brought in from Australia, and then cook beef with red wine sauce, with particular attention to the same sauce goes well with chocolate and beef. At the end of the lesson you can have a delicious dinner.

May 16
Learn to cook barbecue

The street is already warm and the school «Meat & Wine» invites you to enter the picnic lesson! By visiting this lesson, you learn how to marinate meat, fry a lot of barbeque from various kinds of meat: beef, pork, lamb and chicken, as well as find out which young wines are best suited to meat on the grill. Be sure — you will have a good time and learn a lot about cooking on the open fire. At the end of the lesson you can have a delicious lunch outside.

Fish lesson (how to choose, clean, cook)

To properly prepare fish dishes, you must know a lot of various secrets: how to choose it, to dress, and most importantly — to cook. Lesson will begin with a cookery school excursion to the market, where you will get to know the best suppliers of fish in Odessa, learn the subtleties of how to choose the fresh fish, along with our chef prepare a few dishes and will pick sauce for each.

June 13, 2009
Exotic lesson. All kinds of carpaccio

This lesson will let you know how to cook properly carpaccio of salmon, beef, fruit. Also you can cook Spanish sevish. You will be able to cook a classic French beef tartar. Only in this lesson, the school will open to you the secrets of cooking fish with coconut milk and coriander by the Fiji recipe.
