Lesson-tour in «Meat & Wine» cookery school

Last weekend was very busy for school «Meat & Wine». Tour to Veliki Dalnik was waiting for adult students on Saturday. The youngest students learned how to cook dinner on Sunday.

Students have heard about the greenhouse farming of Nikolai Vasil'evich for many times. They had the opportunity to visit the Veliki Dalnik and to see the green ridges with their own eyes on Sunday.

Nikolai showed to students his greenhouses and many types of greens: rukkola, lettuce, basil, zucchini baby, spinach  baby and different salads. All herbs are grown on natural ground (no hydroponics!).

Lunch was waiting for students after the  tour. Ivan cooked special sandwiches with veal and lamb kebab, and 2 types of greens salad.

White wine, chosen by Alexander, excellent complement dinner. The next lesson-tour will take place in the weingut «Guliev’s Wine».
