The presentation of the new format of evening cookery school
Tuesday, February 16 in the Wine Room restaurant «Steakhouse. Meat and wine» took place the presentation of the new format of culinary school «Meat & Wine», which was held in the format Meat & Wine Cooking Party with wine and duck dishes.
At the lesson guests learned how to carve the duck and to cook the paste from the duck liver, and then cooked duck fillet marinated with juniper and sage themself. Also, students of cookery school in this lesson learned features of cooking green salad with pears, nuts mix and cheese dorblu.
