A statement will be true for every kind of job: it is not only important WHAT you do, but also HOW do you do it. Not only the result, but the process. The most part of life we have deals with ready products and skills of those who produces them remains for the staff. And it is not correct, I think. In fact, if you see all the process from the beginning and up to the end, the final result becomes much more important and valuable.

In the evening on June, 13th at restaurant Steakhouse. Meat and Wine our visitors could see the work of real professionals and understand what a big distance separates the initial components and the finished item. A piece of wood is far from a carved tray, a piece of clay - from a pot or a vase, usual ceramic dish - from a painted plate, a piece of meat and green leaves - from a dish which thaws in a mouth.

But dear visitors you should believe that not less, and even more important point in any work is the perception and the estimation of those, for whom it has been made.
